- Ensure effective supervision at work sites.
- Install a “safety first” rule on all organizational activities.
- Conduct site inspections by senior management personnel.
- Conduct health and safety meetings at the project level periodically.
- Introduce a safety incentive plan.
- Take appropriate disciplinary action for serious cases or repeated violation of safety rules and procedures.
